At MedHelp Express, your satisfaction with your purchase is our top priority. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us as soon as possible. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please note if you return a product that has free shipping, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Original shipping costs may be waived if exchanging for another item of the same or greater value.
MedHelpExpress.com reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 30 days, credit, less a restocking fee of up to 30%, will be issued toward Future Purchases Only.
Certain products such as raised toilet seats, commodes, bath chairs and benches, mattress overlays and foot care products MAY NOT BE RETURNED due to hygiene issues.
Before returning any item, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. To obtain an RMA number and return instructions, please call MedHelpExpress.com Customer Service at 877-248-2331. Please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and the nature of the problem.
Having obtained an RMA number, you are responsible for arranging shipment of the product back to the appropriate MedHelpExpress.com warehouse. You may use UPS, FedEx, or any other ground parcel carrier of your choice.
If you paid for the purchase with a credit card, your account will be credited back the amount of the purchase once the product has been received and inspected. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. If you paid with a check or money order, please allow 2 - 4 weeks to receive your refund check from MedHelpExpress.com from the time we receive the returned product.
If you are returning an item that is defective or shipped in error by MedHelpExpress.com, we apologize for your inconvenience and will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. All defective products will be accepted by MedHelpExpress.com for credit, exchange or repair, at MedHelpExpress.com's discretion within 30 days from the invoice date. After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty applies. We will reimburse you the delivery costs and the costs to ship the product back to us.
